Free shipping on orders $250+

Mankey Business offers free standard shipping on orders of $250 or more, before taxes, on eligible products.

To keep pricing fair and sustainable, free shipping applies only to items fulfilled directly by Mankey Business. Products fulfilled through Shopify Collective or third-party partners are excluded, as shipping costs and fulfillment processes for those items are outside our control.

Additional details:

  • The $250 threshold is calculated before tax and after discounts

  • Free shipping applies to standard domestic shipping within the United States

  • Expedited shipping options, if selected, are not included

  • Orders that include both eligible and ineligible items may not qualify for free shipping

This policy allows us to offer competitive pricing while continuing to invest in better service, faster fulfillment, and long-term sustainability for the shop.

Processing Time

All orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, along with tracking information.

When placing an order that includes a Pre-Order or Back-Order item, please note:

  • All items in your cart will ship together once the Pre-Order or Back-Order item becomes available.

  • For example: If your Pre-Order item ships in one month, the entire order will ship in one month.

  • If this item is on back order, it will ship within 2–3 weeks, though most orders ship much sooner—on average, about 1 week from the order date.
  • If you’d like in-stock items shipped immediately, please place a separate order for those items.

We are unable to split shipments or partially cancel orders once they’re placed. Thanks for understanding and helping us keep things efficient!


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, the size of your order, and the shipping method selected. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout.

Mankey Business may occasionally substitute shipping carriers to ensure faster or more reliable delivery at no extra cost to the customer. Tracking will always be provided.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

We ship anywhere within the United States. Standard and expedited options are available at checkout.

International Shipping

We do offer international shipping on select products. Please note the following:

  • Shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout (when available).

  • Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country. We do not collect or cover these charges.

  • Once a package leaves the U.S., we cannot guarantee tracking updates or delivery timelines, as this depends on the receiving country's postal service.

  • We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to customs processing or international transit issues.

Order Issues

Once your order is in the hands of the shipping carrier, Mankey Business is not responsible for delays, lost packages, theft, or damage during transit. However, if your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please reach out within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping information before placing an order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

🔒 High-Value Graded Card Shipping Policy

To protect both collectors and Mankey Business, additional delivery safeguards are applied to high-value graded cards.

Orders containing high value graded cards may require Restricted Delivery and Adult Signature Confirmation at delivery.
This service ensures the package is delivered only to the named recipient on the order, with government-issued photo ID required at the time of delivery.

Why this is required

High-value slabs are common targets for mail theft and fraud. These delivery requirements help ensure your card arrives safely and provide clear documentation in the event of a carrier or payment dispute.

Additional details

  • Packages cannot be signed for by neighbors, roommates, or household members unless explicitly authorized by the carrier

  • Orders may not be rerouted or redirected once shipped

  • Shipping insurance includes $100 of carrier coverage at no additional cost

  • Optional additional insurance is available and can be added at checkout or by searching the site for “Shipping Protection”
