Refund policy

  • Due to the nature of collectible trading cards, once shipped, all sales are final and returns are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged or incomplete.
  • If your order arrives with any damage or is missing an item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work with you to make it right—whether that means a replacement, a refund, or another appropriate solution
  • Orders may be canceled prior to shipment, but please note that cancelled orders will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to the payment processing fees incurred at the time the order was placed. This fee covers the non-refundable payment processing costs incurred during the original transaction and will be deducted from your refund — Mankey Business keeps none of it. 

Pre-Orders & Backorders

    • All Pre-Order and Backorder purchases are final and cannot be canceled. This policy is in place because we are required to pay for these products in advance—often months before the official release date—to secure our inventory.

    • We appreciate your understanding and commitment to supporting a small business that works hard to bring you the most anticipated releases as early and affordably as possible.

    • Any items purchased alongside a pre-order will be shipped together once the pre-order item is in stock.

    • Mankey Business reserves the right to cancel pre-orders in the rare event that our distributor cancels or reduces our allocation. In such a case, orders will be canceled in the order they were received, and affected customers will receive a full refund.
